Elma从1947年成立之初就始终致力于超声波清洗工业的创新。公司不断投入的研发都是为了向客户提供最佳的超声波清洗解决方案而努力。
具体以例为证，Elma拥有的ZLSweep微变频率技术就是为绝对均匀分布超声波而发明，以完全消除清洗盲点。它使达到更加卓越的清洗效果成为可能，并最大化保护被清洗物品不受损害。目前Sweep技术、degas脱气技术，甚至Elma产品的外形尺寸都是业界热衷效仿的对象，但是绝对的研发提供绝对的品质，也只有Elma成为世界上最佳超声波清洗设备当之无愧。“最佳创新型企业奖”可以从一个侧面反映这一点。
“最佳创新型企业奖”是德意志经济与技术部为全国最佳企业颁发的最高荣誉奖项，每次仅颁发给一家企业。2009年11月10日，柏林的政务官Ernst Burgbacher先生把这项奖项颁发给了位于德国Singen的Elma公司（ Hans Schmidbauer GmbH & Co. KG）。

自2003年以来，Elma一直是德意志经济与技术部两年一届的“Productivity leaps through efficient production systems”论坛东道主，德国知名企业相聚Singen探讨新技术和方案。接受这次荣誉奖项的是Elma公司产品部经理Mr. Daniel Sauter和技术部经理Dr. Andreas先生。
"TOP-Innovationspreis" 2009 awarded to Elma
Each year the TOP Initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Technology awards a prize for innovative strength to the best German company.
This year, the "TOP-Innovationspreis"goes to the Elma Hans Schmidbauer GmbH & Co. KG based in Singen. It was awarded by the Parliamentary State Secretary Ernst Burgbacher in Berlin on Tuesday, 10 November.

Twice each year since 2003, Elma has been host to the TOP Initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Technology with the issue "Productivity leaps through efficient production systems". Companies from all over Germany come together in Singen to exchange information on new technologies and strategies.
The interest in these meetings and in the innovative strength presented and realized by Elma on the basis of the “elma-produktionssystem” is as strong as ever.
