4 清洗消毒车间 4.1 应符合GB 19304-2018中第7章的相关规定。 4.2 PC罐清洗消毒车间的各功能区应按生产工艺流程进行合理布局,应设置PC罐回收暂存区、PC罐分拣区、PC罐污染物特洗区、PC罐外部清洗区、PC罐内部清洗消毒间、PC罐密封盖清洗消毒间。 4.3 PC罐回收暂存区应保持清洁和干燥,按PC罐污染程度设置分区并清晰标识;PC罐存放应离地、离墙,不应露天存放。 4.4 PC罐内部清洗消毒间和PC罐密封盖清洗消毒间与其他功能区应分隔,且须经更衣室更衣,洗手,消毒后进入。 4.5 排水系统的设计和建造应保证排水畅通,便于清洁维护,适应生产需要,且排水的流向应由清洁度要求高的区域流向清洁度要求低的区域,排水沟底部应有一定坡度,确保排水干净,无积水存留。排水系统入口应安装带水封的地漏等装置,排水口应安装防鼠网,其网眼孔径≤40目(≤0.6cm)。 4.6 PC罐清洗消毒车间的墙面应采用无毒、防霉、耐腐蚀、平滑、易清洗、不吸水、不渗水的材料。 5 PC罐清洗消毒设备设施 5.1 应配备空罐拔盖设备、空罐外部清洗设备设施、灯检设备、空罐内部自动清洗消毒设备、密封盖清洗消毒设备等,并按生产工艺有序排列,避免引起交叉污染。 5.2 PC罐内部清洗消毒设备应为连续自动化设备,至少包括:预清洗、洗涤剂清洗、洁净水冲洗、消毒剂冲洗、成品水冲洗、沥干等工艺,且不少于10个清洗消毒工位(含沥干工艺)。 5.3 推荐使用消毒剂自动添加设备、浓度监控设备。 6 PC罐及PC罐密封盖清洗消毒流程 6.1 PC罐清洗消毒流程 PC罐清洗消毒流程见图1。   图1 PC罐清洗消毒流程 6.2 PC罐密封盖清洗消毒方法及流程 6.2.1 PC罐密封盖消毒方式 PC罐密封盖可采用臭氧杀菌方式、消毒液浸泡杀菌方式、消毒液喷淋杀菌方式等一种或多种组合方式杀菌。 6.2.2 PC罐密封盖常用清洗消毒方法及流程 PC罐密封盖常用清洗消毒方法及流程见图2。   图2 PC罐密封盖常用清洗消毒方法及流程 6.3 PC罐及PC罐密封盖清洗消毒步骤 6.3.1 检查回收空罐,通过目视、人工嗅闻等方式对PC罐进行空罐检查,一般可分拣为二类:有污染物、异味,需要特别清洗的PC罐和无污染物、无异味,不需要进行特别清洗的PC罐。 6.3.2 需要特别清洗的空罐安排专人进行污染物特别清洗,除去污染物和异味后再使用外部清洗设备设施对PC罐进行外部清洗,外部清洗完成后用内部清洗消毒设备进行内部清洗消毒。 6.3.3 污染物特洗可针对某项污染物进行专项清洗(视污染情况选择合适的洗涤方式和洗涤剂),冲洗水应符合GB 5749的要求。 6.3.4 不需要特别清洗的空罐进行有密封盖和无密封盖的分拣,有密封盖的空罐输送到拔盖机拔盖后与无密封盖的空罐一道输送到外部清洗设备设施进行清洗,外部清洗完成后用内部清洗消毒设备进行内部清洗消毒。 6.3.5 新购PC罐灌装成品水前应先用空罐外部清洗设备设施对PC罐进行外部清洗,再用内部清洗消毒设备进行内部清洗消毒。 6.3.6 PC罐外部清洗完毕,进行灯检,不符合感官要求的PC罐需要重新进行外部清洗或内壁污染物特洗。 6.3.7 PC罐的内部清洗消毒设备应为连续自动化设备,根据实际情况设置合理的清洗水温度、冲洗时间、喷淋压力、洗涤剂和消毒剂的浓度等,并做好记录,确保空桶清洗消毒效果。 6.3.8 PC罐密封盖清洗消毒可采用臭氧、消毒液浸泡、喷淋等方式杀菌。 6.3.9 当天消毒后未灌装的PC罐和PC罐密封盖应及时清理出灌装间,使用前必须重新进行清洗消毒。 6.3.10 回收的PC罐如出现破损或严重污染等影响其密封性和安全性的,应不再使用。 7 洗涤剂和常用消毒剂使用注意事项 7.1 生产所用洗涤剂、消毒剂应符合GB14930.1、GB14930.2的规定。消毒剂应选用广谱性好(既能有效杀灭细菌、真菌、芽孢、藻类等各种微生物),稳定性优,速效、安全、无污染的产品。 7.2 为预防微生物产生耐药性,使用消毒剂必须保证所用消毒剂有足够的剂量并且交替使用不同种类的消毒剂。 7.3 稳定态二氧化氯注意事项 7.3.1 严格按照使用说明保证活化时间,否则会降低杀菌效果。活化时不要搅拌,活化后应尽快稀释成消毒液使用。 7.3.2 pH值3~5时杀菌能力最强,pH>7时杀菌能力明显下降。 7.3.3 遇碱、还原剂、有机物对消毒剂有拮抗作用,影响杀菌效果。 7.3.4 单组份二氧化氯产品虽使用方便,但要注意产品稳定性,含量是否达到所标示的指标。 7.4 过氧乙酸注意事项 7.4.1 双组分过氧乙酸需提前24h将2个组份进行混合反应,测定浓度达到产品标示浓度后,再按比例稀释成消毒液使用;单组分过氧乙酸,可根据厂家出厂检验浓度(或现场测定浓度)直接稀释使用,注意产品存放条件和保质期等。 7.5 改性过氧化氢注意事项 7.5.1 操作时要注意个人防护,要带眼镜、手套,避免灼伤。 7.5.2 重金属、Fe、Cu和Mn等离子会加速消毒剂分解,要求使用不锈钢容器、设备。 7.5.3 在酸性条件下,杀菌能力强,与碱、次氯酸钠等有拮抗作用。 8 卫生管理及洗涤剂、消毒剂管理 8.1 卫生管理 8.1.1 卫生管理制度 应符合GB 14881-2013中6.1的规定。 8.1.2 PC罐清洗消毒车间及设备卫生管理 应符合GB 14881-2013中6.2的规定。 8.1.2.1 清洗、消毒设备排水口的排水不得直接排放到车间地面。 8.1.2.2 PC罐清洗消毒设备应当定期进行维护、清洁及消毒。 8.1.3 PC罐清洗消毒车间人员卫生管理 应符合GB 14881-2013中6.3的规定。 8.1.4 PC罐、PC罐密封盖卫生管理 8.1.4.1 PC罐应符合GB 4806.7和T/JSBIA 002的规定;PC罐密封盖应符合GB 4806.7和T/JSBIA 003的规定。 8.1.4.2 严禁使用废料和添加回收旧料制成的罐和密封盖。 8.2 洗涤剂、消毒剂管理 8.2.1 洗涤剂、消毒剂均应采用适宜的容器包装单独存放,更不得和成品、产品包装物混存,容器包装物应有明显标示,分类贮存,领用时应准确计量、做好使用记录。 8.2.2 应按产品使用说明配制洗涤剂、消毒剂,存放的洗涤剂、消毒剂需定期检查其浓度,并做好记录,确保清洗消毒效果。 8.2.3 部分消毒剂,为易爆化学品,应遵照中华人民共和国国务院第591号令,2011年12月1日起实施《危险化学品安全管理条例》、劳部发[1996] 423号《工作场所安全使用化学品规定》、GB 13690《化学品分类和危险性公示 通则》等国家和地方有关法律法规规定管理。 8.2.4 应选用获得相应证照或批件的企业生产的食品接触用洗涤剂、消毒剂。 9 清洗消毒效果验证的基本要求 9.1 感官要求 经清洗消毒后的PC罐、PC罐密封盖感官要求应符合表1的规定。 表1 感官要求 项      目 要      求 检  验  方  法 外观 PC罐内、外表面清洁,无残留附着物,泡沫等 用目视法(灯检),鼻嗅法检查 气味 PC罐内无异味  9.2 微生物限量 微生物限量应符合表2的规定。 表2 微生物限量a 项    目 采样方案及限量 检  验  方  法  n c m  菌落总数(CFU/mL) 5 0 0 GB 4789.2 大肠菌群(CFU/mL) 5 0 0 GB 4789.3 铜绿假单胞菌(CFU/250mL) 5 0 0 GB 8538 a  企业可根据产品品种特性及生产实际情况确定清洗消毒效果检验项目和指标限量。 9.3 检验频率 9.3.1 检验频率结合企业实际生产情况确定。企业内部应制定规范PC罐、PC罐密封盖清洗消毒效果检验的相关文件,检验频率不低于每月一次。 9.3.2 企业更换PC罐洗涤剂、消毒剂品种后应进行PC罐、PC罐密封盖清洗消毒效果检验。 9.3.3 企业更新PC罐、PC罐密封盖清洗消毒设备后应进行PC罐清洗消毒效果检验。 9.3.4 企业在产品监督抽检中存在微生物项目检验不合格时应进行PC罐、PC罐密封盖清洗消毒效果检验。 9.4 样品采样方法 9.4.1 PC罐采样方法 PC罐清洗消毒程序完成后,从生产线随机取出5个清洗消毒后的PC罐,按GB 4789.1要求的采样方法将采集的PC罐送入无菌室,按照检验项目,每个PC罐样品加入1500mL无菌水或无菌生理盐水,晃动,使无菌水或无菌生理盐水与罐内壁充分接触形成样品,样品的处理按GB 4789.1执行。 9.4.2 PC罐密封盖的采样方法     PC罐密封盖清洗消毒程序完成后,从生产线随机取出5个清洗消毒后的PC罐密封盖,按GB 4789.1要求的采样方法将采集的PC罐密封盖送入无菌室,按照检验项目,准备好5个无菌容器,每个容器加入1500mL无菌水或无菌生理盐水,将密封盖分别放入容器内,震荡,使无菌水或无菌生理盐水与密封盖充分接触形成样品,样品的处理按GB 4789.1执行。 10 记录和文件管理 应符合GB 14881-2013中第14章的相关规定。

This European Standard specifies requirements relating to the construction, performance and methods of testing for active media filters for drinking water installations inside buildings, with a maximum working pressure of at least 1 000 kPa and a maximum working temperature of less than 30 °C. It only concerns units, which are permanently connected to the mains supply at the point of entry or point of use. This standard applies only to filter systems comprising a housing and filter media tested together. It includes capsule type units where both the element and its outer housing are disposable. NOTE Products intended for use in water supply systems are to comply, when existing, with national regulations and testing arrangements that ensure fitness for contact with drinking water. The Member States relevant regulators and the EC Commission agreed on the principle of a future unique European Acceptance Scheme (EAS) which would provide a common testing and approval arrangement at European level. If and when the EAS is adopted, European Standards on products will be amended by the addition of an Annex Z/EAS under Mandate M/136 which will contain formal references to the testing, certification and product marking requirements of the EAS. Until the EAS comes into force, the current national regulations remain applicable.
