Cycloheximide 0.1% Solution (SR0222), supplied in a glass bottle with screw-cap, is safer and easier to use than cycloheximide powder. The required volume can be simply aliquoted from the bottle (stored in the dark at 2-8ºC) and added to the medium before or after sterilisation.
