Acid phosphatases are enzymes capable of hydrolyzing orthophosphoric acid esters in an acid medium. ACPT has structural similarity to prostatic and lysosomal acid phosphatases.

Western blot analysis of ACPT Antibody (N-term) in mouse liver tissue lysates (35ug/lane). ACPT (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Specificity
This ACPT antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 78~108 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ACPT.

Storage Condition and Buffer
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C. Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
