北京绿百草科技专业提供SiliaBond NH2 SPE固相萃取小柱。SiliaBond NH2氨基固相萃取小柱，具有不同的粒径、孔径以及不同的柱体积。福建水产研究所采用SiliaBond NH2来测定水产品中甲苯咪唑的含量。采用乙酸乙酯- 氨水作为提取剂，提取液蒸干后的残留物用二氯甲烷进行溶解，采用SiliaBond NH2 SPE柱进行净化，净化后蒸干洗脱液，用流动相溶解最后的蒸干物，过0. 45μm滤膜，最后利用高效液相进行测定，该方法平均回收率高。
