4-Epianhydrotetracycline hydrochloride。
Dr:4-Epianhydrotetracycline is sensitive to air and moisture. So we store and supply it in ampoules with Argon as inert gas. Also solutions of the substance, especially in water are not stable for a long time. We think that the compound adds water in solution and/or during analysis by HPLC from the eluent. An isomerization is less likely, but may happen additionally. The product should be injected immedialely after preparing a solution
