3,3′-Diaminobenzidine tetrahydrochloride is a chromogenic substrate, which is commonly used in immunoperoxidase tests.[4]

Reconstitution

将1片片剂溶于15ml Tris缓冲盐水（pH 7.6）中。 加入12 μl新鲜的30％过氧化氢。可通过调节DAB和过氧化氢浓度以适用于各种应用。
