产品介绍	5-DTAF is a fluorescent probe that reactive with proteins. Unlike other reactive fluoresceins, 5-DTAF not only reacts with amino groups, but also reacts with thiol groups and even directly reacts with hydroxy groups such as polysaccharides and other alcohols in aqueous solution at pH above 9. Fluoresence: λex 495 nm, λem 516 nm; λex 492 nm, λem 514 nm in 0.1 M Tris pH 9.0
生化机理	5-DTAF与蛋白质的反应活性很高。不同于其它反应荧光素，5-DTAF不仅能与氨基发生反应，还能与巯基反应甚至可与羟基如多糖及水溶液中pH值大于9的其它醇类直接反应。由于其高活性，5-DTAF也可用于标记碳水化合物。
