| 产品介绍 | 胶原蛋白是生物高分子，动物结缔组织中的主要成分，也是哺乳动物体内含量最多、分布最广的功能性蛋白，占蛋白质总量的25%～30%，某些生物体甚至高达80%以上，胶原蛋白种类较多，常见类型为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅴ型和Ⅺ型。I 型胶原蛋白存在于骨骼和肌肤中。其占骨骼有机物质 90％ 以上，也是肌肤、肌腱和韧带的主要成分。I 型胶原蛋白最初在细胞中产生时为原胶蛋白前体。该蛋白质由两条前体 α1（I）蛋白链与一条前体 α2（I）胶原蛋白前体链结合而成，形成三链绳状结构。在细胞中时，酶通过添加三链形成稳定分子并在链之间建立连接（交联）所必需的化学基团来修饰蛋白质中的某些氨基酸（赖氨酸和脯氨酸）。其他酶会在蛋白质中添加糖。现已完成，三链 I 型胶原蛋白前体分子离开细胞，并通过酶将两端的小片段剪断。原胶蛋白前体分子在细胞外部排列成细长的原纤维。原纤维并排在一起形成胶原纤维。原纤维中分子之间的交联使得蛋白质结构非常稳定，这有助于胶原蛋白的组织增强功能。 Collagen is an extracellular matrix protein comprising triple helical structure.
