应用	3-(2-Pyridyldithio)propionic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (SPDP) is useful for the preparation of enzyme immunoconjugates and hapten carrier molecule conjugates. It has been used for antibody conjugation and as a protein cross-linker.
