It is mainly used as a hardener in epoxy systems (e.g. in epoxy coatings or epoxy adhesives). 3-(Diethylamino)propylamine, DEAPA is often fomulated together with Isophoronediamine (IPDA) and meta-Xylenediamine (MXDA). 3-(Diethylamino)propylamine, DEAPA has a low viscosity and a high reactivity. - In addition 3-(Diethylamino)propylamin, DEAPA is used as a building block in the pigment industry and in the personal care industry |
