TECHSPEC®宽带介质膜λ/10反射镜非常适用于使用多个激光光源的光束偏转或反射应用。这类使用介质膜方式的光学反射镜具有超过99%的反射率,远高于金属镀膜反射镜,能通过最小化能量损失来提高系统性能。此熔融石英基片高度耐用,可提供极低的热膨胀系数,并具有高耐磨性。
