MEASUREMENT METHOD  The measurement method is based on fluorometric determination of  luminescent compound formed in the reaction of formaldehyde with 1,3- cyclohexanedione in the presence of ammonium ions. Formaldehyde  may be separated from interfering compounds by distillation.
