针对已知基因组物种,通过群体内pooling建库的方法,进行全基因组重测序(20X以上/群体),采用生物信息学方法全基因组范围内扫描变异位点,检测性状相关的基因区域及其功能基因,可大大加速重要分子标记的发现,进而为后续分子育种提供可靠依据。
