采用真空自动控制和真空保护电路，使操作和应用更加安全可靠。为扩大应用领域，可同时手动调整溅射仪的电离电流或手动调整其真空微调针阀，改变电离室的压强，获得最佳的喷镀效果。独特的真空橡胶压边密封结构，保证长期使用不会使钟罩边缘出现毛边而影响真空室中的真空度，陶瓷密封高压插头经久耐用。
工作时结合内部自动控制电路很容易控制真空室压强、电离电流及选择所需的电离气体，获得最佳镀膜效果。
