所有的胃癌患者

样本要求

HER2扩增、PIK3CA和PTEN基因突变检测套餐:

石蜡块或石蜡切片:

大标本10张+HE染色切片一张;穿刺标本8张，每张3个切面+HE染色切片一张。

MSI微卫星不稳定检测:

石蜡块或石蜡切片5张+血斑卡一张

PD-L1过表达检测:

至少3张4微米FFPE切片
