The design of 800DAC system includes explosion proof、integration、intelligent operation、temperature control and etc. It can operate manually or automatically by the PC. The humanity design also includes the disassembly and installation system of column piston and flanges. The whole 800DAC system includes the DAC column、system control system、solvent delivery system、injection system、slurry system、detection system、fraction system and chromatography software. It has many different kinds of working modes. Such as：injection、degassing、back flush、packing、eluting and etc. This kind of system also can be customized on demands.
