Large cast-aluminum top plate surface provides efficient heat transfer and excellent temperature uniformity (±2°C at 70°C — ±3.6°F at 158°F). Sturdy construction allows a load capacity of 11.3kg (25lbs.) on top plate. Corrosion-resistant finish is easy-to-clean.
