泊睿公司设计制造的抗划伤试验机,严格按照IEC、UL、ASTM标准,仪器分为两个部分:
一、小推车部分:
1. 选用钢锯锯条,保证了0.64±0.05mm厚度以及0.115±0.025mm刀口半径要求。
2. 锯条上配置了砝码盒,保证载重8.9N±0.5N的标准要求。
3. 距离及角度出厂前各项指标均按标准要求调整。
二、驱动部分:
1. 牵引速度:同时满足IEC61730及UL1703的要求
2牵引方向:任意调整

 
BR-PV-CS Cut Susceptibility Tester
 Implementation of standards: IEC 61730-2:2004 & Ed.2, UL 1703-2008, ASTM E2685-2009
 Purpose:
To determine whether any front and rear surfaces of the module made of polymeric materials are capable of withstanding routine handling during installation and maintenance without exposing personnel to the danger of electric shock. This test is derived from ANSI/UL 1703.
Note: does not apply to the glass surface.


Cutter:
A 0.64±0.05mm thick hardened steel blade over the surface of the module with an applied force of 8.9 N±0.5N.
Distance and angle can be adjusted, the factory indicators according to the standard requirement to adjust.
 
Blade basic requirements:
A test fixture as shown in Figure, designed to draw a defined shaped object, a 0.64±0.05mm thick hardened steel blade over the surface of the module with an applied force of 8.9 N±0.5N. The tip shall have a top angle of 90°±2°, being rounded with a radius of 0.115±0.025 mm.
 
Blade processing and radius measuring:
Blade material: hardened steel
Blade mounting angle: horizontal 40°

Adjustable speed motor:
At the same time to meet 150±30mm/s (IEC 61730) and 152.4±30.5mm/s (UL 1703) displacement speed pull-off module backplane surface.
 
The pass criteria are as follows:
1. No visual evidence that the superstrate or substrate surfaces have been cut, exposing the active circuitry of the module.
2. Dielectric Withstand test (MST 16) and Wet Leakage Current test (MST 17) shall meet the same requirements as for the initial measurements.
