一、系统组成
1. 气动发射装置：动力源为空气，需要一个储气装置来储存空气调节压力，通过调节空气压力变化来调节发射管中冰球发射速度变化。气动发射装置需要硬件配合，包括高压气源、调压设备（调压阀和气缸）、气管和电磁阀。

2. 机械移动装置：微机控制机械传动装置来改变枪管移动位置，用红外线定点来做瞄准。其中机械移动使用步进电机传动方式来实现，步进电机具有定位快速、准确的优点，能在极短时间内完成定位要求，定位精度小于1mm，实验累计误差小于5mm，远远小于IEC标准所要求的指定位置偏差不大于10mm的要求，保证实验的可靠性。

3. 样品固定架：根据样品尺寸来设计机械移动装置和样品固定架。标准尺寸2000*1350（L*H），能覆盖2000*1350尺寸内被测组件的有效面。

4. 速度测试装置：架于发射管之前，两个光电传感器中间距离50cm，用v=s/t 来得到速度，实时显示，等下一次样品测速时改变。速度测试装置包括检测传感器、高速响应模块和软件模块三部分。系统采用性能稳定的光电传感器和可编程控制器来实现，并提供HMI人机界面做为操作终端，配合外接打印机形成实验数据报表。

二、工作原理
空压机将空气压缩至储气罐，外接压力表及25mm内径的枪管，连接处安装一气阀，由大电磁阀控制开启。
枪管前端安装光电测速装置。调节压力表，使冰球达到标准要求的冲击速度。
制作内径25mm的冰球模具。将制成的冰球置于枪管内，开启电磁阀，压缩空气推动冰球以23m/s的速度撞击光伏组件。组件受试点经冰球撞击后，经外观检查、zei大功率测试、绝缘电阻测试后，判别组件质量是否合格。

三、分项介绍
1．冰球模具：标准直径为25mm。
可以根据用户需求提供一模多穴或一模一穴的冰球模具，配合实验室其他设备，如高低温实验箱制做冰球。

2．电气控制：微机控制步进驱动器和发射装置，实验数据反馈回控制器，人机界面做为操作终端，配合外接打印机形成实验数据报表。

五、主要特点
BR-PV-HT冰雹撞击试验机，参照IEC 61215、61646等相应标准条款设计制造，用于验证组件抗冰雹撞击的能力。人工制作的冰球用于模拟冰雹，并以恒速撞击组件，模拟冰雹气候对组件的影响。

From the table, we calculated the square of hail speed by 0.047~0.049 equals hail diameter. Thus we calculate the hail air resistance coefficient.
