IDBS’ Translational Research Solution (TRS) provides a powerful and flexible framework to integrate and analyze clinical, patient specimen and experimental data for clinical translational research. The translational, genome based solution enables different user groups to integrate data and construct analysis workflows, which can then be deployed to a wider scientific audience. The ability to utilize any experimental technique to support the identification of biomarkers, including genome wide association studies, gene expression, proteomics and image analysis, and integrate these techniques together, allows data to be easily analyzed and compared and ensures the best technique and approach is being used to better understand disease progression or select appropriate drug dosage.
