共聚焦荧光显微镜升级
德国Becker&Hickl GmbH公司自1993年成立之初,便推出了基于TAC-ADC技术的时间相关单光子计数器,该技术将时间相关单光子计数的速度提升了百倍以上,从而使该 技术可以更广泛的用于多种应用中。比如荧光寿命成像,1996年的时候便成功将该技术应用于第一个荧光寿命成像应用当中,并先后推出了针对 ZEISS,LEICA,Nikon,Olympus等各大显微镜厂商共聚焦显微镜的荧光寿命成像升级方案,从而帮助共聚焦显微镜的用户更容易的实现荧光 寿命成像等相关实验。
