控制臂疲劳试验机 Control Arm Test System The series-accompanying test of axle components, e.g. wishbones, control-arms, is executed on component specific resonance test systems. Advantages of these systems are the extremely low energy consumption, the high test frequencies, the small maintenance costs and the exact automatic incipient crack recognition. The wishbone test system is designed as an electromagnetic resonance test system with a free standing magnet drive. This drive is extremely versatile applicable, e.g. for a module supports. The electromagnets are built in a Push-Pull arrangement, so large forces are also available with high frequencies. The installation of the test system takes place on a horizontal span with 2.000 x 27 x 1.000 mm. Thereby the dynamic drive and the sample can be arranged variably. The dynamic uncoupling is part of the scope of supply. The test frequency can be changed by the provided additional masses. Type of stress E.g. radial or longitudinal force, translatory inertia movements, pure alternating load Frequency Range 15...150 Hz Nominal Load 25 kN Weight approx. 1.500 kg with base plate Dimensions [W×H×D] [mm] 2.000 × 700 × 1.000 Typical Application Fatigue limit tests on axle components, module supports, engine brackets, sub-frames and tail pipes
