已优化的培养基上清分析方法包
维他命等微量成分的分析通过最大程度活用三重四极杆质谱仪实现，高浓度的葡萄糖、氨基酸等成分通过设定条件在其信号不饱和的状态下进行分析。因此，能够对同一培养基上清样品的不同组分进行同时检测。
※为了得到更为正确的定量结果，需要对样品进行稀释工作。
