技术原理

根据客户个性化需求，制备相应肿瘤模型，通过各种给药手段（灌胃、瘤内注射、腹腔注射、尾静脉注射等）进行药物处理，通过观察动物体内肿瘤变化和动物体征指标数据，评价药物的药效和生物安全性等，主要适用于药理学、药代动力学、药物生物安全性方向的研究。可提供的建模细胞系有：肝癌、肺癌、结肠癌、食管癌、胃癌、宫颈癌等。
