Application

腺苷-5′-二磷酸（5′-ADP或ADP）被用作研究盐敏感型（DS）和盐抵抗型（DR）Dahl大鼠的内皮依赖性血管反应的测试化合物。[1]本品被用于研究犬血管平滑肌和内皮上的不同P2-嘌呤能受体亚型。

Biochem/physiol Actions

腺苷-5′-二磷酸可诱导人血小板聚集，并且非竞争性阻断人血小板腺苷酸环化酶活化。
