生化机理	This compound has some degree of selectivity over quite a few kinases with the exceptions of CHK1, CK2, and PLK. Although compound 2b(DB-07268) shows submicromolar potency against these three kinases, it still appears to exhibit at least 70- to 90-fold greater potency against JNK1 than CHK1, CK2, and PLK.
