| 生化机理 |
Dynasore is a non-competitive, cell-permeable semicarbazone compound inhibitor of Dynamin I and Dynamin II. Members of the Dynamin family, including Dynamin I, Dynamin II and Dynamin III, are GTPase, microtubule-associated proteins which are involved in endocytosis, synaptic transmission and neurogenesis. Dynamin I is localized to the central nervous system, while Dynamin II exhibits ubiquitous distribution with highest expression found in testis. Dynasore acts as a potent inhibitor of endocytic pathways known to depend on dynamin by blocking coated vesicle formation. Dynamin Inhibitor I, Dynasore is an inhibitor of DRP1. |
