尿激酶是一种蛋白酶,切割纤维蛋白溶酶原(plasminogen)形成纤溶酶(plasmin)。它结合到细胞表面受体(uPAR),调节细胞粘附组织改建和迁移,同时也激活细胞内信号转导通路。尿激酶是由三部分域组成:同源于表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor)的氨基末端域,是通过中央kringle域结合到羧基末端的蛋白酶域。 |
