生化机理	Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP)在心脏的心房内分泌肌细胞合成,合成后通过心脏释放到血液循环。它发挥利钠，利尿和血管扩张作用，通过刺激鸟苷酸环化酶偶联的NPR-A受体。在调节血容量和血压体内平衡起着重要的作用。 Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is synthesized in myoendocrine cells of the heart from which it is released into the circulation. It exerts natriuretic, diuretic, and vasodilatory effects through stimulation of guanylate cyclase-linked NPR-A receptors. It plays an important role in blood volume and blood pressure homeostasis.
