分析测试百科网讯 2019年5月10日起，美国已对从中国进口的2000亿美元清单商品加征的关税税率由10％提高到25％（相关链接：美正式对中2000亿美元商品加征关税 中美贸易将走向何处）。随后，中国很快做出反制措施，宣布自2019年6月1日0时起对原产于美国约600亿美元进口商品实施加征关税（相关链接：大勇者卒临不惊 中对美近200项科学仪器及部件加征关税）。
但美国方面仍一意孤行，据5月14日美国贸易代表办公室（USTR）发布的公告显示，宣布计划于6月17日举行公开听证会，就约3000亿美元中国商品加征25％关税征求意见。USTR还在附件中公布了一份涵盖3805种产品的征税清单，但药剂产品、稀土材料等不包括在内。值得注意的是，此次征求意见的期限明显短于以往对中国商品开征关税的征求意见期限，预计听证会结束后将正式开始加征此批关税。
此次美国公布3805种产品主要涵盖了农副产品、服装及饰品、钢铁及合金制品、家用电器及零部件、部分电子产品、化学品、部分仪器仪表产品等。其中，仪器设备有关的产品包含了光学望远镜、气压计、湿度计、温度计、流量计、切片机等共15类产品，被计入本次3000亿美元征税清单，预计关税税率由10％提高到25％。

本次加征25％关税的3805种、约3000亿美元中国商品中，对中国主要的科学仪器设备生产商影响较小；而在在5月13日，中方对原产于美国的部分进口商品提高加征关税项目中，有191项与科学仪器及部件相关项目，包含气相色谱仪、液相色谱仪、其他色谱仪、质谱仪、显微镜、电泳仪等大范围科学仪器设备。
