Qiagen宣布新任命，竟然是他俩！

　　据Qiagen（凯杰）2023年Q3季度财务报告显示，凯杰执行委员会领导层将发生变动。

　　Jean-Pascal Viola一直领导着QIAGEN的分子诊断业务，然而从11月1日起，他将正式担任高级副总裁、企业战略与业务发展主管间的执行委员会成员。

　　11月1日，Qiagen正式任命宣布Fernando Beils为高级副总裁、分子诊断业务领域主管和执行委员会成员。Fernando Beils在诊断行业担任各种全球领导职务。在加入QIAGEN之前，是在赛默飞世尔科学公司(Thermo Fisher Scientific)担任基因检测解决方案业务副总裁兼总经理。在加入赛默飞世尔之前，他在西门子(Siemens)担任商业、战略和财务职位超过20年，最后担任Siemens Healthineers分子诊断业务部门的全球主管，并获得了EWA马德里和该大学的工商管理学位莫斯巴赫商学院。

　　After leading the Molecular Diagnostics business of QIAGEN since 2020, Jean-Pascal Viola will takeon a new role as of November 1, 2023, as Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Strategy &Business Development and member of the Executive Committee. Fernando Beils has been appointedas his successor as Senior Vice President, Head of the Molecular Diagnostics Business Area andmember of the Executive Committee, also effective November 1, 2023. He joins QIAGEN after havingworked in various global leadership roles in the diagnostics industry, and most recently serving as VicePresident and General Manager of the Genetic Testing Solutions Business at Thermo Fisher ScientificPrior to his time at Thermo Fisher, he spent over two decades at Siemens in commercial, strategy andfinance roles, and in his last role as Global Head of the Molecular Diaanostics Business Unit at SiemensHealthineers. He earned a degree in Business Administration from EWA Madrid and the UniversityMosbach School of Business.
