本标准依据服务对象对于母婴照护服务的需求不同，母婴照护服务机构所提供的具体服务内容不同，以及母婴照护服务人员所具备的工作经历、服务技能的不同，将母婴照护服务场所提供的服务划分为一星级、二星级、三星级、四星级和五星级，其中一星级为最低等级，五星级为最高等级。 作为首个将母婴照护服务内容、要求进行等级划分的团体标准，在体现“按质论价、优质优价”市场原则的同时，可作为母婴照护服务机构服务质量合格评定的参考依据。在此基础上，对于母婴照护服务场所的设施、环境、安全、管理等方面也提出了通用规范。

This document specifies evaluation criteria for these competencies.
