1.1 The purpose of this guide is to address the fundamental subject and content knowledge requirements and outcomes of aircraft certification educational training courses for engineers and professionals in the aerospace industry. The content may be more broadly applicable. The standards envisioned within this guide are intended to be usable globally. 1.2 Background—The standards envisioned within this guide are intended to be usable globally. There are certification requirements specific to each country’s respective civil aviation authority (CAA) (for example, published guidance from applicable CAA) concerning the acceptable use and application thereof. For example, some engineering approval processes vary from country to country. Regardless of an engineering process’s name or description, to the maximum extent possible, the standards to be developed from this guide should account for engineering approvals that support aircraft certification globally. 1.2.1 Through education standards that are created and accepted by CAAs and industry, engineers and professionals in the aerospace industry will have the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully carry out aircraft design certification projects using these standards for professional training and curriculum accreditation. Compliance data will be developed by engineers who have gained foundational knowledge in aircraft certification through training developed according to globally recognized consensus standards. 1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. The CWA on "European Criteria for Quality Internships" defines terms and concepts related to internships, a quality framework for internships, quality criteria, and best practices. The document is intended for companies, the public sector and other host organizations, individuals interested in or taking part in internships (either for students or non-students), higher education institutions, public authorities (including quality insurance agencies) and organizations working on quality for internships, etc. This agreement intends to set quality criteria and guidelines for effective and quality internships (both during and outside of education, and at national and transnational level), to guide the concerned parties and to simplify the internship process for every type of structure. It presents recommendations, not requirements. Therefore, its character is voluntary. This paper covers internships within the EQF2 (European Qualification Framework) level 5 and above and ISCED3 level 5 and above4. This work is the result of the SPRINT project based among others texts (see references) , on the provisions of the Directive (EU) 2019/1152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on transparent and predictable working conditions in the European Union, OJ L 186, 11.7.2019, p. 105-121.

1.1 Based on the UNIFORMAT II format for organizing building data, established in Classification E1557, and depending on the level where measurement is applied (industry, total job, or building element), JPM measures construction productivity at three levels: task, project, and industry (shown in Fig. 1). By comparing labor hours used against CPIP, JPM allows for unified measurement of established building elements (according to the UNIFORMAT II format. 1.1 This standard is intended as a practice for use by laboratory personnel responsible for training examiners to perform forensic examinations and comparisons on pressure sensitive tapes and adhesives. It contains a list of training objectives with recommended methods of instruction, reading assignments and structured exercises to provide practical experience for the trainee. 1.1.1 The trainees and training program shall meet or exceed the minimum training requirements set forth in Practice E2917. 1.1.2 Additional training could be required for a particular method or instrument referred to herein. The application of analytical techniques to tape analysis assumes the trainee is already competent in the use of each particular analytical technique or instrumental method. 1.1.3 Other sources of information on forensic tape examination not specifically mentioned in this document can be considered and added. 1.1.4 Additional tape analysis training beyond that which is listed here should be made available to the trainee. Such training could include off-site courses, internships, and specialized training by experienced examiners. 1.1.5 Continuing education and training is recommended. Additional training provides a forensic tape examiner with the opportunity to remain current in the field. 1.1.6 Tape samples are evaluated for physical matches of the cut or torn end pieces. This practice does not provide training requirements for physical match comparisons. Additional training is required to conduct this type of analysis. 1.2 This practice is in a modular format for easy adaptation to an individual laboratory’s training program. Recommendations as to lessons, practical exercises, progress monitoring, and trainee evaluations are included. Reading assignments are listed in each subsequent section of this practice; full citations are available in the References section. 1.3 A tape analysis training program provides a theoretical foundation and basic practical skills necessary to prepare a trainee to become a qualified forensic tape examiner. At the end of the tape analysis training program, the trainee is capable of forming opinions based upon sound scientific knowledge, appropriate examinations, and practical experience. The trainee also is able to independently work cases, write reports, testify in court, and peer review cases. Upon completion of the program by a trainee or at some regular interval (for example, once per accreditation cycle), the training program should be evaluated for its efficacy and relevance according to the guidance set forth in Practice E2917. 1.4 This practice does not address human factors (for example, cognitive bias). It is the responsibility of the user of this practice to address human factors during the initial or general training of a forensic scientist. 1.5 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
