This document specifies requirements and guidelines for the quantification and reporting of the process carbon footprint of biobased plastics (see ISO 22526-1), being a partial carbon footprint of a bioplastic product, based on ISO 14067 and consistent with International Standards on life cycle assessment This document is applicable to process carbon footprint studies (P-CFP) of plastic materials, being a partial carbon footprint of a product, whether or not the results are intended to be publicly available. Requirements and guidelines for the quantification of a partial carbon footprint of a product (partial CFP) are provided in this document. The process carbon footprint study is carried out according to document. Where the results of a P-CFP study are reported according to this document, procedures are provided to support transparency and credibility, and also to allow for informed choices. Offsetting is outside of the scope of this document.

6 测量过程及方法 6.1 测量准备 人员防护:测量人员穿戴绝缘手套和鞋。 仪器校准:进行测量作业前,在防渗工程现场选取不少于3个的实际漏点作为校准点,对测量设备进行校准,漏点发现准确率应达到100%。 测量条件:依据测量场地干燥程度,安排人工洒水,保持土工膜上方的覆盖物湿度不小于50%RH。 区块划分:对测量工程区域进行网格化区块划分,区块长:L≤40m,区块宽:W≤40m。 6.2 具体测量方法 电极埋设:将正电极埋设在其中一个网格区块内土工膜上侧,并靠近区块一端;将反馈电极埋设在测量区域外围大地中。采用人工洒水的方式,保持各电极导电良好。 漏点测量:使用激励电源和启动移动式测量器,在区块内按照平行于正电极与反馈电极的连线方向移动测量,以不大于1.5m/次的频次进行漏点测量。 更换区块:重复6.1.2和6.2.2,直至测量工作全部完成。 7 漏点的判断与复测 7.1 漏点判断 采用移动式测量器提示与人工判断相结合的方式。 移动式测量器提示:在漏点附近,移动式测量器会发出声光报警,在终端显示上的数值发生由正向负突变。通过设备上显示的正负数值与0的接近程度,由正向负突变的数值越大,漏点位置越靠近移动式测量仪的探头位置。在移动式测量器判断的漏点位置附近,采取与测量移动方向垂直的3次测量(重复6.1.2和6.2.2)。移动式测量器同样出现声光报警和数值由正向负突变即可判断漏电实际位置范围。 人工判断:在移动式测量器测量的漏点位置,人工使用工具将土工膜上方的覆盖物移除,确定漏点的准确位置。 7.2 漏点复测 在初次漏点破损孔洞修复完成后,回填覆盖物,重复6.1和6.2,测量该修复点周边是否还存在其他漏点。 8 测量报告书 防渗工程HDPE土工膜渗漏破损测量的报告是依据测量的原始记录资料进行检查、分析,确认的基础上完成的报告书的编写。 报告书内容包含:项目简述、防渗工程结构和探测范围、漏点探测过程描述、漏点探测结果描述(破损数量、位置、尺寸以及照片等)、破损修复与复测情况等。
