 基本原理 本标准中的利用微生物代谢功能，对有机污染物进行无害化处理的原理（图1）： （1）将筛选出的功能微生物附着在填料中，形成特殊结构的生物膜（Biofilm）； （2）废气中的VOCs通过气膜并被吸附到湿润的生物膜表面； （3）吸附在生物膜表面的污染物被生物膜内部的微生物捕获； （4）进入微生物细胞内部的污染物被微生物作为能量和营养物质所利用，分解变为CO2、H2O。 基本流程 经废气收集系统收集的尾气首先进入除尘增湿装置进行初步净化，再进入核心生物处理装置，尾气中的污染物经过装置中附着了微生物的填料层时被转化为菌体细胞、CO2和H2O。经过净化的尾气从核心生物处理装置的出气口排出
