5 技术要求 5.1 结构 5.1.1 结构组成 电动自行车乘员头盔应由壳体、缓冲层、佩戴装置等组成;可配置护目镜、遮阳镜、防风围脖、舒适衬垫等配件。 5.1.2 壳体 电动自行车乘员头盔的壳体应满足以下技术要求: a) 表面应坚固、平滑,边沿应圆钝,不得在使用过程中伤及头部、颈部; b) 涂层应均匀,色泽鲜亮、光洁,无毛刺、裂纹、挂流、沾污、气泡及脱落现象发生; c)突出物应满足以下要求:   ——内表面可接触头型的部位,不应有超过2mm且半径小于1mm的突出物及尖锐物体;   ——铆钉应成辐射状,突出部分不应超过电动自行车乘员头盔外表面2mm;   ——外表面不应有超过5mm的外部突出物,但容易脱落的部件不在此限制内,如固定透气孔的装置,固定镜片的装置。 5.1.3 缓冲层 缓冲层应符合以下技术要求: a) 形状、规格尺寸适体,佩戴不移位; b) 内表面不应有长度大于2mm的突出物及尖锐物体; c)应厚度均匀并覆盖试验区。 5.1.4 舒适衬垫、防风围脖 舒适衬垫和防风围脖应符合以下技术要求: a) 舒适衬垫和防风围脖使用的纺织品甲醛含量、可分解致癌芳香胺染料应符合GB 18401 中B类的规定; b) 舒适衬垫和防风围脖使用的皮革和毛皮游离甲醛、可分解有害芳香胺染料应符合GB 20400 中B类的规定; c) 不应有刺鼻的异味。 5.1.5 佩戴装置 佩戴装置的部件应永久与佩戴装置或头盔连接,并符合以下技术要求: a)如果佩戴装置包括下颌系带,该系带宽度应≥20mm; b)如果佩戴装置有双 D 环、滑动棍等系紧装置,在佩戴装置调节时,为防止系带松脱应保留其足够的调节余量; c) 佩戴扣等快卸装置,打开方法应简单易行,同时必须防止可能产生的误操作,打开机构所用的推杆、按钮或其他部件应是红色或橙色的,只有在有意识操作时才能被打开,如果佩戴装置被设计成通过在某些部件上施加压力打开,那么当以100N±5N的力施加于该部件运动直线方向上时,佩戴扣不应被打开。 5.1.6 护目镜 护目镜应符合GB 811-2010 4.1.6 b)、c)的规定。 5.1.7 保护区及试验区 全盔、3/4盔的保护区及试验区应符合GB 811-2010 4.2.1 A类的规定;半盔的保护区及试验区应符合GB 811-2010 4.2.1 B类的规定。揭面盔的保护区及试验区应符合全盔的规定;组合盔每种状态的保护区及试验区均应符合对应形状的规定。 5.2 质量(含附件) 电动自行车头盔质量全盔、3/4盔应不大于1.6kg,半盔应不大于1.0kg。 5.3 视野 左、右水平视野不小于105°,上视野不小于7°,下视野不小于45°。 5.4 护目镜 按照6.5.1规定的方法进行测试,如果护目镜破碎,不得出现小于60°的碎片。 按照6.5.2规定的方法进行测试,护目镜的可见光透过率不小于85%。 5.5 侧向刚度性能 按照6.6规定的方法进行测试,应符合以下技术要求: a)最大变形不超过40mm; b)残余变形不超过15mm; c)壳体不得有碎片脱落(易脱落部件除外)。 5.6 固定装置稳定性 按照6.7规定的方法进行测试,应符合以下技术要求: a)电动自行车乘员头盔应不从头型上脱落; b)不得有系带撕裂撕断、连接件脱落及搭扣松脱现象。 5.7 佩戴装置强度 按照6.8规定的方法进行测试,应符合以下技术要求: a)在施加负载的情况下,不使用任何工具,30s内应能打开搭扣; b)系带伸长量不得超过25mm; c)不得有系带撕裂撕断、连接件脱落及搭扣松脱现象; d) 壳体不得有碎片脱落(易脱落部件除外)。 5.8 吸收碰撞能量性能 按照6.9规定的方法进行测试,应符合以下技术要求: a)加速度峰值不超过400g; b)加速度超过200g的作用时间应小于2ms; c)加速度超过150g的作用时间应小于4ms; d)壳体不得有碎片脱落(易脱落部件除外);壳体裂口宽度不得超过2mm,长度不超过60mm。 5.9 耐穿透性能 按照6.10规定的方法进行测试,钢锥不得穿透电动自行车乘员头盔与头型产生接触;壳体不得有碎片脱落(易脱落部件除外);壳体裂缝宽度不得超过2mm,长度不超过以试验点为中心半径30mm的范围。
