一、方法原理 样品经由萃取液震荡提取后,使用便携式质谱仪进行检测,仪器软件将测试结果与内置标准谱图库中的 31种保健品进行匹配计算,对测试结果进行判定:显示测试结果并判定阴性或阳性。 二、试剂材料 2.1装有萃取液(乙醇:乙腈:甲酸=180:20:1)滴瓶 2.2 500μl EP管 2.3 0.22μm有机尼龙滤膜 2. 4 取样勺 三、样品制备 使用一次性取样勺取一勺样品置于萃取液中,使用涡旋振荡仪振1min或者大力摇匀1min;然后将萃取液 从滴瓶挤压过0.22μm有机尼龙膜于500μlEP管中。 四、分析步骤 4.1 打开电源开机,打开分子泵抽5min左右; 4.2 固定好毛细柱,固定好空白试剂,清洁5次,然后更换待测样品清洁10次; 3. 3 选择保健品药品检测,选择类别,样品编号,然后启动测试,待分析结束,即可查阅结果; 五、结果判定 仪器软件将测试结果与内置标准谱图库中的31种保健品进行匹配计算,对测试结果进行判定:显示测试 结果并判定阴性或阳性。 六、比对试验数据 快速检测方法与对应项目涉及的国家标准、行业标准或者经验证的规范方法所测结果的一致性比较实验 数据。

1.1 These test methods cover procedures for assessing the volatility of solids and liquids at given temperatures using thermogravimetry under prescribed experimental conditions. Results of these test methods are obtained as volatility rates expressed as mass per unit time. Rates ≥5 µg/min are achievable with these test methods. 1.2 Temperatures typical for these test methods are within the range from 25 °C to 500 °C. This temperature range may differ depending upon the instrumentation used. 1.3 These test methods are intended to provide a value for the volatility rate of a sample using a thermogravimetric analysis measurement on a single representative specimen. It is the responsibility of the user of these test methods to determine the need for and the number of repetitive measurements on fresh specimens necessary to satisfy end use requirements. 1.4 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.5 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
