分散体系是将一种或一种以上的物质分散到另一种物质中形成的混合体系,包括液液分散的乳化液、固液分散的悬浮液和气液分散的泡沫。 分散体系具有独特的物理和化学性质,被广泛应用在石油、化工、食品、制药、陶瓷、涂料、颜料、电池、疫苗等几乎所有工业领域。分散体系属于热动力学不稳定体系,作为分散相的颗粒(液体颗粒、固体颗粒或气泡)分散到连续相中后,颗粒和连续相之间,或颗粒和颗粒之间,都会存在弱的物理相互作用或强的电荷吸引力作用,从而形成絮凝或聚并;而分散体系中由于不同物质的比重不同,受重力影响,长时间放置,会有颗粒的沉淀或上浮。这些不稳定现象会给产品最终的品质造成重大影响,影响产品存放时间。因此,在实际存储条件下,用最短时间,快速判定分散体系长期稳定性状况十分重要。 静态多重光散射(SMLS)技术可以在不稀释样品的情况下,定性和定量分析分散体系的不稳定现象,例如上浮、沉淀、絮凝、聚并等,通过检测这些不稳定现象的初期变化对于缩短稳定性测试的时间[1]、预测产品货架期、推断体系不稳定机理是非常重要的。该技术可以实现样品实际存储条件下的直接测量。

1 Scope 1.1 This Standard provides uniform test methods for evaluating material compatibility in compressed hydrogen applications. The results of these tests are intended to provide a basis for comparison of materials performance in applications using compressed hydrogen. 1.2 This Standard applies to polymer materials only. Note: In this Standard, the term “polymer” refers to synthetic polymers, such as thermoplastics and elastomers, that have been manufactured for liner or sealing applications. 1.3 This Standard is not intended to replace sound engineering judgment or component testing in hydrogen applications; additional testing considerations based on applicable standards and relevant failure modes should be conducted to fully qualify the polymer in the design of a component manufactured for use in certain hydrogen applications. 1.4 In this Standard, “shall” is used to express a requirement, i.e., a provision that the user is obliged to satisfy in order to comply with the Standard; “should” is used to express a recommendation or that which is advised but not required; and “may” is used to express an option or that which is permissible within the limits of the Standard.
