JB/T 5312-2001 汽车离合器分离轴承及其单元

JB/T 5312—2001 本标准是对JB/T 5312—1991《汽车离合器用角接触球轴承》的修订。修订时增加了多种新结构离合分离轴承及其单元；修改并增加了技术要求的部分内容、检验规程及测试方法。 本标准规定了汽车用离合器分离轴承及其单元的定义，分类，结构型式，外形尺寸，技术要求，检验规则和试验方法。 本标准适用于轴承制造厂生产检验和用户验收。 本标准于1991年6月首次发布，本次是第一次修订。

Establishes the requirements for metal balls for unground bearings and for other uses. It is intended to complement the requirements for finished balls for rolling contact bearings contained in ANSI/ABMA/ISO 3290. It contains requirements for materials, physical properties and geometric properties for balls for unground bearings and for other uses. A designation system for ball grades is specified. Informational annexes provide descriptions of measurement of deviation from spherical form, microhardness testing, and case depth measurement.

1.1 This specification covers sintered bronze, oil-impregnated bearings made primarily from elemental copper, tin, and graphite powders. The manufacturer may, at his discretion, use prealloyed bronze powder in the blend.1.2 This specification covers the following variables:1.2.1 Grades--Available in three bronze base composition grades identifiable by different graphite contents.1.2.2 Type--Grades 1 and 2 are available in four types described by specific density ranges.1.3 Bearings ordered to this specification will normally be sized after sintering and will be impregnated with a lubricating oil unless otherwise specified by print. 1.4 The values stated in either inch-pound or SI units are to be regarded separately as standard. Within the text, the SI units are shown in brackets. The values stated in each system are not exact equivalents; therefore, each system shall be used independently of the other. Combining values from the two systems may result in nonconformance with the specification.

Standard Specification for Sintered Bronze Bearings (Oil-Impregnated)

This SAE Standard defines the normal dimensions, dimensioning practice, tolerances, specialized measurement techniques, and glossary of terms for bearing inserts commonly used in reciprocating machinery. The standard sizes cover a range which permits a designer to employ, in proper proportion, the durability and lubrication requirements of each application, while utilizing the forming and machining practices common in manufacture of sleeve type half bearings. Not included are considerations of hydrodynamic lubrication analysis or mechanical stress factors of associated machine structural parts which determine the nominal sizes to be used, selection of bearing material as related to load carrying capacity, and economics of manufacture. For information concerning materials, see SAE J459 and SAE J460. These suggested sizes provide guidelines which may result in minimal costs of tooling but do not necessarily represent items which can be ordered from stock.
