5 技术要求 型式和尺寸 螺纹连接油口的型式和尺寸应符合GB/T 2878.1的规定。 外观质量 应在转向调节器的所有连接油口附近清晰标注表示该油口功能的符号。 转向调节器的外露非加工表面的涂层应均匀,色泽一致,喷涂前处理不应涂腻子。 表面不应有划伤、裂痕。 性能要求 5.3.1 动作性能 在额定工况下,转向调节器左右活塞杆离合器行程、刹车行程内动作正常,复位灵敏。 5.3.2 压力性能 在额定工况下,左右腔压力应不小于3 MPa。 5.3.3 工作性能 在额定工况下动作,转向调节器应达到转向所需的离合器行程,手动推动后置推杆,转向调节器应达到转向所需的刹车行程。 5.3.4 密封性能 在额定工况下,转向调节器静密封处应不渗漏,动密封处应不成滴。 5.3.5 耐高温性能 经100℃加温试验后,转向调节器各零部件应正常工作,与机体连接的安装面处无渗漏。 5.3.6 耐压性能 转向调节器的各承压油口应能承受该油口公称压力的1.5 倍,不得有外渗漏及零件损坏等现象。 5.3.7 耐久性能 在额定工况下,转向调节器动作80 万次数后,其零件不应有异常磨损和其他形式的损坏。 5.3.8 噪声 在额定工况下,噪声应不大于80 dB(A)。
