GSO ISO 10791-7:2013 加工中心的测试条件第7部分：待测试零件的精度

This part of ISO 10791 specifies, with reference to ISO 230-1, series of cutting tests, under finishing conditions, of standard test pieces, as well as the characteristics and dimensions of the test pieces themselves. This part of ISO 10791 is intended to supply minimum requirements for assessing the cutting accuracy of the machine. Different, more severe or more expensive tests may be performed by agreement between supplier/manufacturer and user.

This part of ISO 10791 specifies certain standard test conditions for assessing the conventional length of the operating times spent by the machine to carry out different metal cutting functions. It considers two types of operating times, namely those taken by the functions of: — automatic tool change (see clause 5); — automatic pallet change (see clause 6). The purpose of the methods described in this part of ISO 10791 is to permit the comparison of the performance of different machining centres of similar size and features. The data obtained may also be used to establish conventional change times in technical literature in a uniform and comparable way. It is also possible to check them on a machine, both when it is new and during its working life.

1.1 This standard specifies the technical safety requirements and protective measures to be adopted by persons undertaking the design, construction and supply (including installation and dismantling, with arrangements for transport and maintenance) of machining centres (see 3.1). 1.2 This standard takes account of intended use including reasonably foreseeable misuse, maintenance, cleaning, and setting operations. It presumes access to the machine from all directions. It describes means to reduce risks to operators and other exposed persons. 1.3 This standard also applies to the workpiece transfer devices when they form an integral part of the machine. 1.4 This standard deals with significant hazards relevant to machining centres when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer (see clause 4). 1.5 Hazards arising from other metal working processes (e.g. grinding, turning, forming, EDM, laser processing) are covered by other standards (see Bibliography). 1.6 This standard applies to machines which are manufactured after (its date of publication).
