Digital source processing - Digital cinema (D-cinema) low frequency effects (LFE) channel audio characteristics
This European Standard contains a comprehensive set of metadata elements for representing information about cinematographic works, their variants and manifestations. Detailed information on available media items, viewing requirements, and access conditions is not covered byThis standard. However, elementary information concerning the availability of media items can be expressed. This European Standard also provides some extension points for adding more detailed data types without violating conformance. The guiding principle here is that no information from existing filmographic records should be lost when these are expressed according toThis standard.
Film identification - Minimum set of metadata for cinematographic works
This standard specifies the absolute luminance level, white point chromaticity, and luminance uniformity of the reflected screen light for the presentation of motion pictures by projectors with digital light engines in review rooms and commercial cinemas. It is the purpose of this specification to achieve the tone scale and contrast in the projected image that will correspond to that intended during the mastering process.
Digital cinema (D-cinema) quality - Part 1: Screen luminance level, chromaticity and uniformity
This guideline addresses interoperability of equipment from the standpoint of the frequency response of filters used in the playback or monitor path in the theater LFE channel for digital cinema. This response curve will create standardization of these filters without specifying their design.
Digital source processing - Part 2: Digital cinema (D-cinema), low frequency effects (LFE) channel, audio characteristics
1 Scope This International Standard specifies the measurement methods and wide-band sound pressure levels for motion-picture control rooms, review rooms, and indoor theatres. Together with ISO 2969, it is intended to assist in standardization of reproduction of motion-picture sound in such rooms.
Cinematography. Relative and absolute sound pressure levels for motion-picture multi-channel sound systems. Measurement methods and levels applicable to analog photographic film audio, digital photographic film audio and D-cinema audio
ISO 22234:2005 specifies the measurement methods and wide-band sound pressure levels for motion-picture control rooms, review rooms, and indoor theatres. Together with ISO 2969, it is intended to assist in standardization of reproduction of motion-picture sound in such rooms.

This International Standard specifies a method of measurement of motion-picture sound that allows assessment of the subjective loudness and annoyance of the sound recording when replayed at the recommended replay level in rooms aligned with the characteristics of ISO 2969. The specified method of measurement assesses the entire duration of the sound recording with suitable channel summation, frequency weighting and time integration. NOTE Typical recording and replay levels are discussed in Annex A.

This British Standard specifies maximum sound recording levels for cinema commercials and trailers. The specified method of measurement is suited to the motion-picture environment where the sound recording is measured over its duration, with suitable frequency weighting and integration. NOTE 1 The method of measurement specified allows assessment of the subjective loudness and annoyance of the sound recording when replayed at the recommended replay level in rooms calibrated in accordance with BS 5550-7.4.1:1990. NOTE 2 Typical recording and replay levels are discussed in annex A.
