1.0.1本规定作为指导性文件，旨在统一化工机械化运输工艺设计施工图的内容和深度，使之准确、完整，确保设计质量，方便施工安装。 1.0.2本规定对化工粉粒体和块状物料储运系统工艺施工图设计文件的组成及其深度、格式和表示方法等作了规定。 1.0.3本规定适用于新建大、中型化工企业工程建设的固体物料储运系统(由HG 20518《化工机械化运输设计原则规定》之总则所界定的单元操作和生产装置)工艺设计。扩建、建或小型化工企业固体物料储运系统工艺设计可参照执行。 1.0.4本规定以我国历年沿用的设计体制为基本架构，但设计文件(图纸、表格等)的表示方法和格式，则力求向国际通用设计体制靠近，并与HG 20519、HG 20546、HG 20557～20559相一致。
