1.1 This specification establishes the requirements for copper-nickel alloy castings with nominal compositions shown in Table 1. 1.2 Castings of these alloys are used primarily for corrosion-resistance applications such as construction or pressure vessels, particularly for marine pumps, valves, and fittings. 1.3 These alloys are considered weldable, but they may be ordered with a weld test to ensure weldability. 3 术语和定义      DB36/T 1138-2019界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。 3.1      电工用铜线坯 copper drawing stock for electrical purpose 采用连铸连轧法及上引法生产的直径为6.0mm~35.0mm并供进一步拉制线材或其他电工用铜导体的圆形截面铜线坯。 3.2      “江西绿色生态”电工用铜线坯 copper drawing stock for electrical purpose - Jiangxi green ecology 符合“江西绿色生态”品牌评价通用要求及本标准技术要求,并通过“江西绿色生态”品牌评价活动的电工用铜线坯产品。 3.3       新鲜水 fresh water  电工用铜线坯补充进循环水系统的自来水或处理水。 4 评价要求  4.1 基本要求 4.1.1 企业生产的电工用铜坯的化学成分、尺寸及其允许偏差、表面质量、力学性能等产品质量要求应符合GB/T 3952的相关规定,扭转性能、电性能以及铜粉量等产品质量指标应满足表1和表2中要求。 4.1.2 企业的污染物总量控制,应达到国家和地方污染物排放总量的控制指标。 4.1.3 企业的管理,应按照GB/T 19001 、GB/T 28001、 GB/T 24001及GB/T 23331分别建立并运行质量管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系、环境管理体系及能源管理体系,企业安全管理应达到GB/T 33000的要求。 4.1.4 企业的电工用铜线坯单位产品综合能耗应满足GB 32046标准中准入值的要求。 4.1.5 企业不应使用国家或有关部门发布的淘汰或禁止的技术、工艺、装备及材料。  4.1.6 企业所产生危险废物应有符合GB 18597要求的专门储存场所或交有资质的第三方处置。 4.1.7 产品包装材料满足使用要求条件下,应采用可再生利用或可降解材料。 4.1.8 企业应按照GB/T 33635的要求,推行绿色供应链管理,带动供应链上下游企业持续提高资源能源利用效率,改善环境绩效,实现绿色发展。 4.2 评价指标要求  4.2.1 绿色生态电工用铜线坯产品评价指标由一级指标和二级指标组成。一级指标包括资源节约属性指标、环境保护属性指标、生态协同属性指标和质量引领属性指标。二级指标是一级指标的具体化。连铸连轧法及上引法的电工用铜线坯产品的评价指标、基准值、判定依据等要求分别见表1和表2。 4.2.2企业应持续对生态协同、质量引领属性的二级指标进行细化,且细化的指标应遵循技术指标先进、国内一流、优于国家标准的原则。 4.3 数据来源   4.3.1 统计  企业的原辅材料及能源使用量、产品产量、废水、废气和固体废物产生量及相关技术经济指标等,以月报表或年报表为准。 4.3.2 实测  企业的原辅材料及能源使用量、产品产量、废水、废气和固体废物产生量及相关技术经济指标等也可选取有代表性生产时间段进行同步实测,所选取的生产时间段一般不少于一个月。 4.3.3 采样和监测      污染物排放指标的采样和监测按照相关技术规范执行,并采用国家或行业标准监测分析方法。 4.4 评价方法    由“江西绿色生态”评价机构,依据“江西绿色生态”标准及相应评价实施细则,实施评价。 4.5 评价报告 “江西绿色生态”评价机构按照DB 36/T1138-2019的要求,对参评的产品出具评价报告,符合评价要求,授予认证证书和标志。 _________________________________

1.1 This specification establishes the requirements for copper-tin alloy (phosphor bronze), copper-tin-lead alloy (leaded phosphor bronze), and copper-tin-lead-zinc alloy (bearing bronze), plate, sheet, strip, and rolled bar.
