3 分类 制品按用途不同分类为:花生油瓶、调和油瓶。 4 技术要求 4.1 原辅料 原辅料应符合相应的国家标准、行业标准和相关规定。食品用树脂原材料不得使用回收料。食品用树脂使用的添加剂应符合GB 9685要求。 4.2 外观 制品不应有明显变形、裂纹、飞边、气孔、凹坑和塑化不良现象。  4.3 容量 实际容量应大于或等于公称容量。 4.4高度差 应符合表1的规定。 表1 项目 指标 高度(H)<160mm ±1.5 160mm≤高度(H)≤250mm ±2.0 高度(H)>250mm ±3.0 4.5 密封性能 密封性能无渗漏。 4.6 物理机械性能 制品的物理机械性能应符合表2。 表2 项目 要求 耐寒试验 应无明显变形及开裂 跌落试验 应不破裂 注:制品进行耐寒试验时,同一制品中包含不同材质配件的,按配件本身材质所应对的试验温度进行试验。 4.7 卫生指标 食品接触用制品应符合GB 4806.7的要求。 5 试验方法 5.1 外观 按QB/T 2357-1998中的4.2进行检测。 5.2 容量 按QB/T 2357-1998中的4.5进行检测。 5.3 高度差 按QB/T 2357-1998中的4.3进行检测。 5.4 密封性能 按QB/T 2357-1998中的4.6.1进行检测。 5.5 耐寒试验 按QB/T 2357-1998中的4.6.4进行检测。 5.6 跌落试验  按QB/T 2357-1998中的4.6.3方法进行检测,跌落高度为1.2m。 5.7 卫生指标 按GB 4806.7的规定进行。迁移量按GB 31604.1的规定进行。 6 检验规则 6.1组批与抽样。 制品以统一投料、同一配方、同一工艺生产包装好的同一规格的制品。每批制品随机抽取6个样品进行检验。 6.2 制品检验分出厂检验和型式检验。 6.3出厂检验 制品需经生产厂质检部门按本标准检验合格,并附合格证方可出厂。出厂检验项目为本标准规定的外观、高度差、密封性能、跌落试验。 6.4 型式检验 型式试验的检验项目为本标准全部项目。 6.5 在以下情况之一时,应进行型式试验: a) 新制品的试制定性鉴定时; b) 工艺、原材料有较大改变,可能影响制品质量时; c) 正常生产每年至少进行两次; d) 长期停产后恢复生产时; e) 国家质量监督机构提出进行型式检验的要求时。 6.6 型式检验样品应在出厂检验合格品种随机抽取。 6.7 判定规则 食品接触用制品若检验结果中出现项目不合格时,则判定该批次制品不合格。 7 标志、使用说明书、包装、运输和储存 7.1 标志 7.1.1 制品标签 制品应有标签标志并标明:制品名称、材质、规格(或货号)、厂名、厂址、执行标准号、生产日期(或批号)等。对于食品用制品其标签符合GB/T 30643规定,并应标注“食品接触用”标识。 7.1.2 外包装储运图示标志  应符合GB/T 191的有关规定。 7.1.3 回收标志 应符合GB/T 16288的有关规定。 7.2 使用说明书 制品使用说明书应符合GB 5296.1的规定。 7.3 包装 制品内包装材料应符合食品包装材料卫生要求。 7.4 运输 运输工具应清洁、卫生、干燥,并具备防晒、防雨设施及机械损伤。运输过程中严禁重压,不得与有毒、有腐蚀性、有异味的物品混运。 7.5 储存 制品应储存于通风、干燥、阴凉的仓库中,防止重压,并远离热源。 7.6 保质期 食品接触用制品的保质期为1年。

1.1 This classification system covers unfilled and reinforced polycarbonate and polycarbonate copolymer materials suitable for injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion. Some of these compositions may also find use for compression molding or application from solution. This classification system allows for the use of recycled materials provided that all specification requirements are met. 1.2 The properties in this classification system are those required for identifying the compositions covered. Other requirements necessary for identifying particular characteristics important to specific applications are normally specified by using the suffixes in accordance with Section 5. 1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.4 This classification system and subsequent line callout (specification) are intended to provide a means of calling out plastic materials used in the fabrication of end items or parts. It is not intended for the selection of materials. Material selection should be made by those having expertise in the plastic field only after consideration of the design and the performance required of the part, the environment to which it will be exposed, the fabrication process to be employed, the costs involved, and the inherent properties of the material other than those covered in this standard. This document specifies a classification and designation system for a selection of the most common unfilled thermoplastic polymers for plain bearings. The unfilled thermoplastic polymers are classified on the basis of appropriate levels of distinctive properties, additives and information about their application for plain bearings. The designation system does not include all properties; thermoplastic polymers having the same designation cannot therefore be interchanged in all cases. It also provides an outline of the properties and applications of the most common unfilled thermoplastic polymers as well as listing some of the fundamental parameters that influence the selection of thermoplastic polymers for use for plain bearings. NOTE In the further course of the work, it is intended to prepare standards on “thermosetting polymers” and “mixed polymers” for plain bearings.

1.1 This specification covers billets made from stress-rated high-density polyethylene (HDPE) materials. 1.2 The billets are manufactured by application of molten extruded material onto a rotating mandrel to form a monolithic mass. Removal of the mandrel provides a billet in the approximate shape of a thick-walled cylindrical shell. Machining prior to dimensioning is acceptable. NOTE 1—Although it is impossible to address all manufacturing details related to the fabrication of billets in this specification, successful heat fusion bonding of HDPE is obtained through controlled application of sufficient heat to cause melting in combination with applied force over a period of time. 1.3 The billets are intended for fabrication into pipe fittings such as flange adapters and reducers. 1.4 Requirements for and use of the fabricated pipe fittings shall be in accordance with an applicable product specification. This specification for billets does not include requirements for items fabricated from the billets. 1.5 This specification includes thermoplastic pipe material designation codes for selection of appropriate stress-rated material, together with performance requirements for billets and test methods for determining conformance with the requirements. 1.6 Minimum quality control measures are prescribed for manufacturers. See Annex A1 for quality control for billets conforming to this specification. 1.7 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. 1.1 This specification covers flexible sheet made from thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) as the principal polymer, intended for use in single-ply roofing membranes exposed to the weather.
