1.1 This test method covers a procedure for determination of the rate of transmission of oxygen gas, at steady-state, at a given temperature and %RH level, through film, sheeting, laminates, co-extrusions, or plastic-coated papers or fabrics. This test method extends the common practice dealing with zero humidity or, at best, an assumed humidity. Humidity plays an important role in the oxygen gas transmission rate (O2GTR) of many materials. This test method provides for the determination of oxygen gas transmission rate (O2GTR), the permeance of the film to oxygen gas (PO2), the permeation coefficient of the film to its thickness (P”O2), and oxygen permeability coefficient (PʹO2) in the case of homogeneous materials at given temperature and %RH level(s). 1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. 1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety, health, and environmental practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use. 1  内容范围 本标准规定了硬质塑料容器的主要内容: (1)范围                    :规定标准的内容结构和适用对象; (2)规范性引用文件   :列出标准中引用到的标准及技术文件; (3)术语和定义          :规定了包含的产品类型、术语的定义; (4)分类和标记          :规定产品的分类和标记方法; (5)要求                     :规定产品的技术要求; (6)实验方法              :规定产品性能要求和实验环境、方法; (7)检验规则              :规定产品检验的项目和检验规则; (8)标志、标签           :规定产品包装标志、标签内容方面的要求; (9)包装、运输、贮存 :规定产品包装、运输、贮存等方面的要求; (10)附录规定了盈满容量、总容量与额定容量之差的实验方法。 2  产品类型 本标准规定的硬质塑料容器包括以下产品类型:塑料瓶、塑料罐、塑料盆、塑料箱/筒、塑料桶、塑料盒、塑料杯。 3  要求的确定 根据收集到的会员企业标准、广东省地方标准《硬质塑料容器》(DB44/T 503-2008)及编制说明,相关产品的检验报告,确定产品盈满容量、总容量与额定容量之差的要求,外观、抗破裂性、悬吊变形率、色牢度、耐温等方面的要求。 (1)盈满容量、总容量与额定容量之差的要求,规定了: ①  规格不大于5升的瓶、罐、盒、杯盈满容量与额定容量之差; ②  规格不大于20升的箱 / 筒盈满容量、总容量与额定容量之差; ③  规格不大于60升的盆 / 桶盈满容量、总容量与额定容量之差。 (2)从外形、颜色、黑点杂质、气泡及其他方面规定合格产品的外观要求; (3)抗破裂性:规定空容器及承载容器两个条件下跌落的抗破裂性; (4)悬吊变形率:规定不同上口直径(圆形)、上口长轴(椭圆形)或最长边(矩形或其他)容器的变形率,瓶不用检测该项目; (5)色牢度:用药棉浸100℃的热水在容器表面上来回摩擦五次应无染色。 (6)耐温试验: ①  有标称使用温度的容器按标称温度度做2h的高低温循环试验。 ②  没有标称使用温度的容器分别在55℃和-10℃环境中保持2h应不变形或破裂。 4  实验方法的确定 针对要求逐项列出实验方法,参考了企业实验情况资料、企业标准、广东省地方标准《硬质塑料容器》(DB44/T 503-2008)及国家标准相关规定来确定。 规定了产品盈满容量、总容量与额定容量之差的要求,外观、抗破裂性、悬吊变形率、色牢度、耐温等方面的实验要求。 5  检验规则 产品分出厂检验和型式检验。 规定组批的规则,每批数量不得超过10000只。 规定出厂检验和型式检验各自的检验条件、检验项目、抽样方案、抽样方法、判定规则和复验规则。 6  标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存 规定产品包装标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存方面的要求。 7  附录 附录详细说明了一种重量分析法,以供测量额定容量最大值达5L的塑料瓶、罐、盒、杯,达20L的塑料箱、筒,以及达到60L的塑料盆、桶。

1.1 This classification system covers polyoxymethylene materials suitable for molding and extrusion. This classification system allows for the use of polyoxymethylene plastic materials that are recycled, reconstituted, recycled-regrind, recovered, or reprocessed, or combination thereof, provided that the requirements as stated in this specification are met. It is the responsibility of the supplier and the buyer of recycled, reconstituted, recycled-regrind, recovered, or reprocessed polyoxymethylene plastic materials, or combination thereof, to ensure compliance. (See Guide D7209). 1.2 The properties included in this standard are those required to identify the compositions covered. Other requirements necessary to identify particular characteristics important to specialized applications are to be specified by using suffixes as given in Section 5. 1.3 This classification system and subsequent line callout (specification) are intended to provide a means of calling out plastic materials used in the fabrication of end items or parts. It is not intended for the selection of materials. Material selection can be made by those having expertise in the plastic field only after careful consideration of the design and the performance required of the part, the environment to which it will be exposed, the fabrication process to be employed, the costs involved, and the inherent properties of the material other than those covered by this standard. 1.4 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. 1.5 The following precautionary caveat pertains only to the test method portion, Section 11, of this classification system.
