Flexible materials shall be defined as films or materials exhibiting flexible properties. These requirements cover short term and long term test procedures to be used for the evaluation of flexible material, film, base material, conductor adhesive material, bonding film, cover lay, and other thin film materials used for parts intended for specific applications in end products.
