1.0.1为保证化工建筑保护涂装的设计质量，特制定本规定。 1.0.2本规定适用于化工生产建筑物和构筑物的构配件采用涂料进行防火或防腐蚀保护的涂装设计。 1.0.2.1防火涂装设计适用于下列构配件的表面保护： (1)需要提高耐火极限但不适合采用混凝土或砂浆类材料进行防火保护的钢构件或预应力混凝土构件； (2)需要提高耐火性能的可燃性装饰材料。 1.0.2.2防腐蚀涂装设计适用于下列构配件或部位的表面防护： (1)气体或粉尘等腐蚀性介质作用的上部建筑结构构配件； (2)腐蚀性液体或固体作用的基础、地面、墙裙、池槽等部位。 1.0.3防腐蚀涂料宜选用本规定所列的品种。如选用规定以外的 涂料，应经有关部门鉴定，并由工程实践证明性能良好者。防火涂料必须是经国家指定监测机构鉴定合格，并有省级生产许可证的产品。 1.0.4化工建筑涂装设计应包括：涂料名称和型号、涂层配套、涂层厚度、颜色和除锈等级等。 1.0.5防火或防腐蚀涂装设计除应遵守本规定外，尚应符合有关现行国家标准、规范的规定。
