1 标准适用范围       本文件规定了建筑用薄涂型艺术涂料蛋壳光的术语和定义、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。       本文件适用于以合成树脂乳液为主要原料,加入颜料、填料及各种助剂配制而成的,采用辊涂、喷涂等施工方法,在建筑物表面形成均匀分布、具有蛋壳光泽和质感的薄涂型艺术涂料。 2 试验样板的制备和养护        本标准规定需要制板检验的项目采用不锈钢材料制成的块状涂布器刮涂制板,或采用规格为100/120/150线棒涂布器刮涂制板,或采用专用滚刷辊涂。       项目分为主漆项目和涂层体系项目。 3 技术指标       技术指标是本标准对所检测样品的基础要求。以T/SDTL 02-2020《建筑用薄涂型艺术涂料》和GB/T 9756-2018《合成树脂乳液内墙涂料》为蓝本,并结合实际需要进行了修改。增加了流动性[触变指数TI]、不挥发物含量、光泽(60°)、光泽(60°)与光泽(85°)差值、漆膜回粘性,耐沾污综合能力;为从源头把控蛋壳光涂料施工粘度从而设置了流动性[触变指数TI],触变指数越低,流动性越好;光泽(60°)、光泽(60°)与光泽(85°)差值区分蛋壳光与普通薄涂乳胶漆,且对比率项目达到了GB/T 9756-2018《合成树脂乳液内墙涂料》优等品的要求。 4 有害物质限量       有害物质限量(表2)基于GB 18582-2020《建筑用墙面涂料中有害物质限量》和T/SDTL 03-2020《艺术涂料有害物质限量》制定。相比较之下,挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量、苯系物总和含量、APEO项目的指标都有缩紧,突出了产品的环保特点。

1.1  This test method covers the evaluation of the degree of flaking (scaling) of exterior paints by comparison with photographic standards. 1.2  The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only. 1.3  This test method is similar though not identical to ISO 4628 Part 5. ISO 4628 Part 5 uses a 0 to 5 rating scale, where a rating of 0 is no change and a rating of 5 is most severe. Test Method D772 uses a 10 to 0 rating scale, where a rating of 10 is no change and a rating of 0 is most severe. The two standards use different pictorial reference photographs for determining the rating values. 1.4  This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. 1.1  This test method specifies a procedure for analysis of airborne particulate, dried paint, soil, and dust wipe and micro-vacuumed samples collected in and around buildings and related structures for lead content using inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES). 1.2  This test method should be used by analysts experienced in the use of ICP-OES, the interpretation of spectral and matrix interferences, and procedures for their correction. 1.3  This test method cites specific methods for preparing test solutions of airborne particulate, dried paint, soil, and wipe samples for analysis. 1.4  It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the validity of this test method for sampling materials of untested matrices. 1.5  No detailed operating instructions are provided because of differences among various makes and models of suitable ICP-OES instruments. Instead, the analyst shall follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the particular instrument. This test method does not address comparative accuracy of different devices or the precision between instruments of the same make and model. 1.6  This test method contains notes that are explanatory and are not part of the mandatory requirements of this test method. 1.7  The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.7.1  Exception— The inch-pound and SI units shown for wipe and micro-vacuumed sampling data are to be individually regarded as standard for wipe and micro-vacuumed sampling data. 1.8  This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
